Do Not Sell or Share My Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” and “sharing” of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do, however, share certain device and visit signals — IP address, browser fingerprint, page views, click paths, and the hubspotutktracking cookie — with HubSpot (tracking pixel) and Hyros (cross-property attribution and identity-graph signals) when you load our unauthenticated marketing pages. This activity counts as “sharing” under CCPA/CPRA, even though no money changes hands.

Note on the waitlist form. When you submitted your email through our waitlist form (or if you submit one in the future), that email is sent to HubSpot via their Forms API to create a contact record we use to email you back. That’s a separate, narrower relationship — HubSpot acts as our service provider under CCPA §1798.140(ag), processes your email only for waitlist contact management, and cannot use it for their own purposes. The opt-out below stops the tracking pixels and cross-context advertising signals; the form submission itself (which you initiated voluntarily by typing your email and clicking submit) is unaffected. To delete your contact record, email privacy@fundlaunch.com.

How to opt out. Use the Cookie Preferences modal below to untick the Marketing partnerstoggle, then click Save. (If the modal didn’t open automatically, click the button below.) The opt-out persists across visits on this browser. When you opt out we clear the HubSpot tracking cookies on your device and reload the page so the opt-out takes effect immediately — no further pageviews are tracked.

You can also enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we honor GPC as an opt-out of sale/sharing automatically, without any further action from you.

Authenticated app pages (everything signed-in users see after login) do not load HubSpot or Hyros trackers regardless of your cookie choice. This opt-out also does not affect essential cookies (authentication, security) or product analytics (PostHog) — those are governed independently by the same Cookie Preferences modal.
